Live Chat Agent (Fully Remote / Entry Level)

We are searching for a motivated customer service representative who is passionate about assisting customers, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. Proficiency in spoken and written English is required, and we will provide training and a procedure manual for your reference.

Contract Length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements:

• Access to a device capable of using social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency in following provided steps and instructions
• Availability of 20+ hours per week
• Reliable internet connection

Hours per Week: 20 – 40 hours a week

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred)
