Usability Researcher - Mobile Apps (Virtual)

Your work will involve conducting usability studies to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of Android apps, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and provide recommendations to optimize the user experience.

Role:

In this Usability Researcher, your primary responsibilities will include downloading mobile apps onto your handheld device, thoroughly testing all their features, and crafting concise reviews based on your experience. In addition position, you will be tasked with identifying any faults or usability issues, contributing to our mission of delivering top-notch user-friendly apps.

Requirements:

• Access to at least one of the following devices: iPhone, iPad, Android Smartphone, Android Tablet.
• Proficiency in downloading and using mobile apps.
• Ability to work independently and follow provided instructions closely.
• Availability for a minimum of 5 hours per week.
• A reliable internet connection.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct usability studies to evaluate Android apps' effectiveness and efficiency.
• Generate informative reviews based on your testing experience.
• Identify and document any faults or usability concerns encountered during app testing.
