Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer questions about products, shipping, and returns
  • Provide support and resolve issues
  • Drive sales through Instagram DMs
  • Promote products and services
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and products

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions by live chat on businesses’ websites and online channels accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work on your own. Ability to closely comply with the given steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. steady internet.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week

Location: Remote work online (preference for US applicants).
