As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues through live chat. This is a fully remote position, and all training will be provided to ensure your success.
Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions through live chat on businesses’ websites and social platforms. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to operate on your own. Ability to closely follow the supplied steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. steady internet.

Location: Remote work online (US-based applicants preferred).
