Sales Representative (Live Chat Agent / Customer Experience)

Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions by live chat on businesses’ web pages and social accounts accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries and issues through live chat interactions.
• Provide accurate and helpful information, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Handle a variety of support questions and concerns effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and management as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong written communication skills.
• Basic computer and typing proficiency.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to be self-directed. Ability to closely adhere to the given steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. steady internet.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week

Location: Remote work online (preference for US applicants).
