This entry-level live chat job offers you the chance to connect with customers on businesses’ FB Messenger accounts. We’re committed to providing you with full training. All you need is 10 hours of weekly availability and a device that can access Facebook Messenger.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support assistants handle incoming customer support questions using live chat on businesses’ websites and social platforms. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work on your own. Ability to closely follow the supplied steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. steady internet.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week

Location: Remote work online (preference for US applicants).
