What you will be doing: Live chat customer support assistants handle incoming customer support questions by live chat on businesses’ online platforms and social media pages. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to be self-directed. Ability to closely comply with the given steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. dependable connectivity.
