We're searching for individuals who possess positivity, adaptability, and determination for the position of Remote Live Chat Customer Support Specialist. This is an entry-level remote role that provides full training, so Zero experience is not necessary.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions over live chat on businesses’ web pages and social accounts accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to function autonomously. Ability to closely follow the supplied steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. dependable connectivity.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week

Location: Remote work online (preference for US applicants).
