Online Facebook Chat Specialist

What you will be doing:  Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions through live chat on businesses’ online platforms and social platforms. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

As a Chat Assistant, you’ll be responsible for:

• Answering customer questions and concerns
• Helping customers with their orders or transactions
• Providing customer support and resolving issues
• Promoting products and services

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a steady internet. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.
