Position Overview: As an Entry-Level Customer Support Specialist, you'll be an integral part of our customer service team. You will engage with customers through live chat on businesses' websites and online channels pages, addressing their inquiries and providing top-notch support. This role covers a range of customer needs, from assisting existing clients to fielding questions from potential new customers.

Contract Length: We deliver flexibility with An open-ended position commitments, providing you with a seamless work experience.

What You'll Do:

• Handle incoming customer support queries via live chat.
• Address support questions from existing customers and sales inquiries from potential new customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a personal touch.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Access to a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of accessing social media and website chat functions.
• The ability to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and the capacity to follow provided steps and instructions.
• Availability for a minimum of 10 hours per week.
• A reliable internet connection.
