Customer Service - Instagram / Live Chat (100% Remote)

We are actively hiring people to help chat with customers over live chat via Instagram Checkout. This is a new but fast-expanding role, and we are keen to hire good people. 

These are remote positions, meaning that you can do the work online from wherever you are. However, we have a particular need for more applicants from the United States.  

What you will be doing:

We are looking for a live chat agent to Be part of our growing team and assist with providing customer support through the Instagram Checkout live chat feature. In this capacity, you will be responsible for responding to client queries in a timely and professional manner, resolving customer issues, and providing information about our products and services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a strong ability to multitask. You should also be able to function autonomously and handle multiple live chat conversations at the same time. A background in customer service or a related field is a plus, but not required.

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a stable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills. 

Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so all training is included, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.
