We need Live Chat Assistants to provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries on social media profiles promptly and effectively. However, it’s not just about answering questions; it’s about creating meaningful, personalized interactions that leave customers feeling valued and motivated to make a purchase.
To equip you for success, you’ll be armed with a comprehensive document containing answers to the most frequently asked questions. Using this resource, you’ll engage with customers directly through the social media apps like Instagram, offering solutions and guidance that enhance their shopping experience.
What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions through live chat on businesses’ websites and social platforms accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $25 – $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work on your own. Ability to closely adhere to the given steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. stable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week
Location: Remote work online (US candidates preferred).
