Position Overview:

As a Client Service Advisor, you will go through a short training program to become familiar with the job and the business you'll be working for. Your daily tasks will involve logging into the the company's online platform's live chat feature and responding to customer questions. Some inquiries will be related to support, while others will be sales-related. You'll be provided with documentation containing answers to common questions, and our organization will offer full support.

Position Details:

• Rate: $35 per day
• Contract Length: No fixed term
• Requirements:
  • Access to a device (phone, tablet, laptop) capable of accessing social media and website chat functions.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions.
  • Availability for at least 10 hours per day.
  • Reliable internet connection.
• Hours per Day: 10+ hours per week
• Location: This is a remote position, allowing you to work online from anywhere. Candidates in the United States are preferred.
