As a Website Chat Operator, your role will involve responding to customer queries and providing support through live chat on business websites. The position is completely remote, allowing you to work in the ease of your space.
Job Responsibilities: You will undergo a brief training program to become acquainted with the role and the business you'll be assisting. Your daily tasks will include logging into the brand's website live chat feature and addressing buyer questions, which may range from support-related queries to sales inquiries. You will receive documentation with answers to common questions and full support from our organization.
Contract Duration: Open-ended with no expiry
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: To be eligible, you must have a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). You should be able to be self-directed and follow given guidelines closely. You should have a minimum of 10 hours of availability per week and maintain a steady internet.
Weekly Hours: 10+ hours per week
Location: This is a remote online position, with a preference for applicants in the United States.
