Job Details:

• Responsibilities: As an Online Chat Customer Support Representative, your primary role will involve handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. These inquiries may include support-related questions from existing customers or sales-related queries from potential new customers.
• Requirements: To be eligible for this position, you should have a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of accessing social media and website chat functions. You should also be able to work independently, closely follow provided instructions, and have a minimum availability of 10+ hours per week. A reliable internet connection is essential.
• Location: This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work online from any location. While applicants from all geographic locations are welcome, candidates based in the United States are preferred.
