As a Customer Service Representative, you will work online, handling incoming customer support questions through live chat on businesses' websites and online social accounts. These questions can range from support inquiries from existing customers to sales-related queries from potential new customers.

Contract Details:

• Contract length: No fixed term
• Rate: $35 per hour
• Skills/background needed: You must have a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). The ability to work independently, closely follow provided instructions, and a minimum availability of 10 hours per week are required. A reliable internet connection is essential.
• Hours per week: 10+ hours a week
• Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
