Live Support Chat Agent (Immediate Start / Immediate Start)

Join our Live Support team and become the first point of contact for customer service! In this Live Support Chat Specialist position, you will respond to customers via email and chat channels, using a flowchart to troubleshoot and resolve issues while escalating tickets when necessary.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Responding to live chat messages on a business's website or social media.
• Answering customer questions.
• Providing sales links and discounts.

Details:

• No fixed contract term.
• Pay: $35 per hour.
• Requirements: Access to a device (Phone/Tablet/Laptop) for social media and website chat functions, ability to work independently, follow instructions, and commit to at least 5 hours per week.
• Reliable internet connection.

Location:

• Remote work online (United States preferred).
