We are currently seeking a few dedicated individuals to Become part of our company as full-time live chat operators. These are remote positions, which means you can work online in the comfort of your own space. All you need are basic English skills and a steady internet.

What You Will Be Doing:

As Live Chat Operator, you will be assigned to a specific business, and your daily task is to log in to their website chat application and respond to customer messages promptly. You will receive thorough training on how to perform the job and respond to commonly asked questions. Additionally, your job will be to have a chat supervisor available to assist you with any queries you may encounter.

Details:

• Contract length: No fixed term
• Rate: $35 per hour
• Skills/background needed: Must have a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have a minimum availability of 5 hours per week. Reliable internet connection.
• Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week
• Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
