Hourly Chat Coordinator Assistant (Beginner Level /Fully Remote)

Become part of our organization Working as a Live Chat Assistant and provide exceptional customer support to our clients and their customers. This is a remote role where you'll engage with clients in real-time through live chat conversations. Your main responsibility will be delivering outstanding customer service to website visitors. You'll interact with customers via email, chat, or other communication systems. This includes processing special orders, addressing service inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining customer account information.
