Beginner Level Chat Assistant - Squarespace (Remote)

We’re seeking Squarespace Online Chat Specialists, and your role is pivotal. Each day, you’ll engage with our invaluable customers, guiding them through their shopping journey. 

As the go-to expert, you’ll excel in assisting with product inquiries, swiftly resolving minor website navigation issues, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Be confident that you’ll have access to in-depth training modules and round-the-clock team support, making your venture into the e-commerce landscape not only effortlessly smooth but also remarkably rewarding, both in terms of professional growth and financial success.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support assistants handle incoming customer support questions using live chat on businesses’ web pages and social accounts accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to operate on your own. Ability to closely adhere to the given steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. stable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week

Location: Remote work online (preference for US applicants).
