Customer Chat Representative (Online / Entry Level)

We're on the hunt for entry-level candidates to join our staff as Customer Support Representatives for one of our gaming clients. Your mission will be to uphold our client's brand standards and provide timely and professional responses to client queries. We're hiring individuals dedicated to excellent customer service, with strong attention to detail and familiarity with various online platforms.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Responding to messages on platforms like YouTube and Twitch.
• Answering customer questions.
• Providing sales links and discounts.

Details:

• No fixed contract term.
• Pay: $35 per hour.
• Requirements: Access to a device (Phone/Tablet/Laptop) for social media and website chat functions, the ability to work independently, follow instructions, and commit to at least 5 hours per week.
• Reliable internet connection.

Location:

• Remote work online (United States preferred).
