Customer Care Chat Specialist (Remote / No Experience)

We are actively looking for individuals proficient in English with exceptional communication skills to engage with website visitors through online chat. We are in search of friendly and personable candidates who can provide outstanding customer service. Proficiency in using copy and paste functions within chat programs is a valuable skill, and successful candidates can earn up to $280 per day.

In this job, your primary mode of communication will be with website visitors via online messaging tools like Facebook Messenger. Your responsibilities will include responding to live chat inquiries for various businesses, and there won't be any in-person interactions. This position is entirely remote, offering you the flexibility to work from any location as long as you have an internet connection.

As a live chat agent, you will be compensated for replying to online chat inquiries on a company's website or social media profiles. This involves tasks such as answering customer queries, providing purchase links, and providing promotional offers.

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: You must have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and a stable internet connection. Additionally, basic English writing skills are necessary.

Skills/background needed: These are entry-level live chat positions, so in-depth training is provided, and prior paid live chat experience is not required.

Location: This is a remote online position available worldwide, with a preference for candidates based in the United States.
