Ready to be a part of our Customer Service Team? We're hiring team members to assist with various tasks, including ticket creation via email, chat support, phone calls, and IT helpdesk duties.

Your Responsibilities:

As member of our Customer Service Team, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of support tasks. You'll handle client inquiries through live chat, reply to emails, and assist with phone calls. Additionally, your job will be to manage the IT helpdesk to address technical issues.

Key Details:

• Rate: $35 per hour.
• Skills/Background: You'll need a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Independence and the ability to follow provided instructions closely are essential. A minimum availability of 5 hours per week is required, along with a reliable internet connection.
• Contract Length: No fixed term.
• Hours per Week: Flexible hours ranging from 5 to 40 hours a week.
• Location: Remote work online, with a preference for candidates within the United States.
